New York is a state known for its bustling cities, breathtaking views of Niagara Falls, four distinct seasons, and to the surprise of many— wine. According to New York Wines, grapes, grape juice, and wine generate more than $3.76 billion in economic benefits for New York State.
In the heart of New York lie the scenic Finger Lakes. The Finger Lakes wine country is located around four main lakes: Canandaigua, Keuka, Seneca, and Cayuga. This region specializes in Sparkling Wine, Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay.
